1.2 Sign in with Google
If you choose to create or access your account using Sign in with Google, we request only the authentication permissions needed to sign you in: openid, email, and profile. Google may provide us with:
- Your stable Google Account identifier;
- Your name and profile image;
- Your email address and whether Google has verified it.
We do not receive or store your Google password. Authentication-only access does not allow us to access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google content.
We use information received from Google only to create, authenticate, secure, link, and manage your ExpertCoach.Co account; pre-fill your account profile; prevent fraud or abuse; and provide support. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising.

5.1 Storage & Processing
Your data may be stored and processed in Singapore or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to such transfer.
5.2 Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Google authentication information and tokens, if received, are transmitted using encrypted connections and protected with access controls and other appropriate safeguards. We retain OAuth tokens only for as long as necessary to provide the authorized functionality and revoke and delete them when they are no longer needed.
5.3 Data Retention
We retain your personal information, including the Google Account identifier and profile information associated with your ExpertCoach.Co account, only for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.
When your ExpertCoach.Co account is deleted, we remove its Google Account association and revoke and delete any Google access or refresh tokens we hold, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies may remain in protected backups for a limited period until those backups are overwritten.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Object: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
6.1 Disconnecting Google and Deleting Your Account
You can revoke ExpertCoach.Co's access to your Google Account through your Google Account third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents future authentication or access through Google but does not automatically delete your ExpertCoach.Co account or information already retained under this policy.
To delete your ExpertCoach.Co account and request deletion of its associated personal information, contact us at support@expertcoach.co. We will also revoke and delete any Google access or refresh tokens we hold, subject to applicable legal-retention exceptions.
